Dr. Heise was born and raised in Erie, PA. Having completed 13 years of postgraduate education and surgical training, he joins CONESTOGA with its strong tradition of surgical excellence and community service. Dr. Heise's interest is in cosmetic surgery and he is the surgical consultant to Conestoga Aesthetic Center.
